One more week on plastic and a new header

Hey hey..

Just made a new header for the blog. Hope you like it, I certainly do!

So, this weekend I was supposed to jump twice on saturday. But I jumped only once, because the jumps were good. I have a big hunger for jumping but Harri said no more jumping today, let the hunger grow. So I then came home and watched football the rest of the day, Chelsea-Everton was the "crown" of the day. Comfortable victory of  3-1.. :)

Today it's just relaxing, free from work and training. I am going to cook some meatloaf with feta-sundried tomatoes-fresh basil filling.. Love it..

Tomorrow I'm working again and training with the juniors at a sports hall.. Maybe volleyball or futsal, then some other training. Tuesday morning I'm going to have a jumping session. Wednesday and saturday are the other last sessions for me. That's the plan.. Oh I can't wait to get to Rovaniemi and jumping from snow. Plan is to go there on tuesday 8th of November. First competition is on sat 12th. After that... We'll be more wise..

So have a nice sunday!

Cheers,
Kimmo

Weekend's meatloaf
6 portions

500 g minced cow meat
1 dl water
2 tablespoon of tomato puré
1 dl breadcrumbs
1 small onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of herbmix seasoning
2 eggs

Feta filling:
100 g crumbled feta
1 dl grinded sundried tomatoes
3 tablespoon grinded basil

Mix in a bowl: water, tomato pure, bread crumbs, chopped onion, garlic and spices.
Let it swell for a short time.
Stir in the minced meat and eggs.
Stir until the "dough" is smooth.
Spread the dough with moistened hands to greaseproof paper on a baking tray about one centimeter thick "disk".
Spread the filling on the surface of the meatloaf.
Wrap the baking paper to roll up the dough.
Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 30mins.

There you go and Hyvää ruokahalua!!

Are you gonna cook that for your fans, if you should reach a top ten-place on one of the competitions this winter, Kipru?? :D
