Next competition: Sapporo Continental Cup!

Yes! I will compete in Sapporo COC, 8th-10th of January..
There is three competitions, one in HS100 and two in HS134.
Can't wait, I like the small hill and the big hill is one of my favourites!!!

Now training until Sapporo.

Pretty good, pretty good...

Kuopio FVT in HS100 was held in really good and fair conditions. Trial round started 9 gates higher than we jumped the competition. I jumped my trial 4 gates higher and officially it was 101m (between us, it was 104m ;) ).
My trial and first round were good but in the second round I blew my chance to take the victory, but still finished second! Second place was good, but second jump not...

Cold in Lahti

Hey!

It's been cold in Lahti. Last 2-3 mornings, -20 degrees!! So the hill will be ready in few days!
On saturday I will travel to Kuopio and we will have one training session in the afternoon. On sunday it's FVT competition in HS100..

Damn damn damn... Why why why... Kimmo! Not like this..
So, all went ok until the competitions, I was in official trainings and trialrounds between 13th-30th.. But then came some small mistakes and I was not in the first round.
Next weekend we are going to Kuopio FVT, it's in HS100. Good results there is my aim.

Today I will go to Helsinki to meet some Blue brothers and watch Chelsea-Everton! Come on Chels!! :)

Oooh, what a competition.. I had good jumps (not the best kind of a hill for me) and I finished fourth...
I lost the bronze for only 0,1 points to Juha-Matti Ruuskanen!!! So close but so far.. :D
I am happy with my jumps and feeling good for Rovaniemi COC.

I will travel to Rovaniemi today

So it's about 9h journey in a car today. I will leave very soon. My plan is to have two training sessions on friday and saturday and in one training I will test my new suit.
On sunday I will goto Taivalkoski (around 2h drive from Rovaniemi) to "really small" hill championships. It will be a day trip, only trial round and competition..
I will let you know how the suit works etc...

I made a new jumping suit today. Green with orange front arms. Fits well and I hope it will kick ass..
I will travel to Rovaniemi on thursday and I will test the suit on friday or saturday...
